Jake Bowman

CONTROLLER

OMNI Resource Management

About:
Jake is OMNI Resource Management’s Controller and is responsible for daily accounting operations and preparing financial reports & analysis for all operating divisions. With over 15 years of experience in accounting roles, Jake works to ensure the financial health of our growing organization.

Outside of the OMNI office, he enjoys spending his time with his family.

Tim Butler

DIRECTOR OF SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

OMNI Resource Management

About:
Tim is responsible for quality control, compliance, and safety programs across all divisions of OMNI. This includes managing employee training, risk assessment and control, insurance claims, and ensuring compliance in sensitive environments and projects such as industrial facilities, clean rooms, and security systems.

With a degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Tim graduated Summa Cum Laude and is a certified trainer for OSHA, NSC First Aid and CPR. Tim has worked in the industry for 15 years and is a proud United States Air Force combat veteran in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Tim’s hobbies include golf, fantasy football and spending time with his nieces and nephews.  

Moe Cham

SERVICE COORDINATOR

About:
Moe has been with OMNI Technology Services for over 3 years. As Service Coordinator, he is responsible for providing direct phone assistance to clients to help address their inquiries and concerns. Moe also facilitates the scheduling of service calls.

Prior to his security & technology career, Moe worked as an automotive technician and enjoys spending his free time traveling and working on his project car.

Brian Costa

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Brian is OMNI Resource Management’s Marketing Coordinator. He’s responsible for all of OMNI’s social media management, content creation, web design & maintenance, public outreach strategy and more. A graduate of New England Institute of Technology, Brian has held content creation and marketing positions since 2014, as well as owning his own photography business.

When Brian isn’t busy at work writing bios about himself in the 3rd person, he enjoys going on adventures with his 2 children, photographing wildlife, and creating digital art.

Josh Crowe

As a distinguished Project Engineer at OMNI Technology Services, Josh brings an impressive 16 years of industry experience to the company. His core responsibilities include researching, designing, engineering, and supporting project solutions that are tailored to meet client-specific requirements.

Before joining us, Josh demonstrated remarkable versatility as a multi-industry entrepreneur specializing in residential, commercial, and marine security and technology, where he excelled in design, sales, installation, integration, consulting, and support services. 

Outside of the office, you can find Josh writing, recording, or performing music with a band or as an acoustic solo artist. He also loves to snowboard, wakeboard, hike, and learn about sustainable wellness.

Samantha DaCosta

OMNI’s Office Manager position has been held by Samantha since the company was established. Sam has over 15 years of administrative experience in the facilities management industry, and keeps the firm running efficiently and smoothly with a high level of organization, an unbounding commitment to client satisfaction, and a bright demeanor that keeps employee morale at its peak.

When she’s not at work, Sam enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and gardening.

Tyler Dickson

As Director of Business Development, Tyler leads Omni’s Business Development team, which is focused on providing exceptional service and identifying the optimal custom solution to satisfy each individual client’s needs. Tyler is responsible for business growth through his relationships with clients and strategic partners.

Tyler studied Business Management at Framingham State University and lives in Massachusetts with his wife and three sons. When he isn’t working, he enjoys traveling, playing soccer, golfing, and cheering on his hometown teams—especially the Boston Celtics!

Chris Filburn

OPERATIONS MANAGER

About:
Chris is our Operations Manager at OMNI Technology Services. With a tenure of over 24 years with the company, Chris’ seasoned skillset has earned him the title of Grand Master in the low-voltage industry. Whether it’s a residential burglar alarm, commercial access control, intrusion detection system or fire alarm, Chris has the experience to lead any project to completion, on-time and on-budget.

Outside of OMNI, Chris is either fishing, camping, or searching for old LP’s, vintage toys or good tequila.

Fernando Galvao

About:
As Vice President, Fernando brings over 15 years of experience in the security industry to the OMNI team.

In his role, he provides oversight of day-to-day operations and project management to ensure team success by maintaining project budgets, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in particular safety procedures. A natural project manager, Fernando is always focused on getting the job done right—the first time.

Denise Laliberte

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

About:
As OMNI Technology Services’ Office Administrator for OVER 5 years, Denise handles inbound calls and office reception, accounting, filing and overall client support and satisfaction. Prior to OMNI, Denise has spent the last 20 years as an Office Manager for various physical security companies in positions like payroll, billing and HR.

When she’s not at the front desk of our RI headquarters, Denise is an avid billiards player, and enjoys crafting and reading by the beach.

Ryan Luchka

About:
As Operations Manager, Ryan provides management and day-to-day oversight of all OMNI Technology Services service and installation requests. With over 15 years of experience in the electronic security industry, Ryan is a licensed communications technician with a deep expertise of the technical and operational requirements for installation projects. Focused on meeting each client’s desired result, Ryan takes great pride in a job well done.

When not at work, Ryan enjoys grilling, working around his house, and spending time with his family.

Jean McKearney

About:
Meet Jean, our Billing Specialist at OMNI Technology Services. She’s responsible for preparing and issuing invoices, reviewing billing data for accuracy, resolving billing issues, and providing top-notch support for clients with billing questions. 

Before joining OMNI, Jean spent 20 years working in Accounts Receivables and Finance for the trucking and scrap metal industry. 

Outside of work, Jean’s passions include reading, gardening, cooking, and bird-watching with her 3 rescue cats. Her bright personality shines through in her work here at OMNI, adding a warm and unique touch to our team. 

Maureen Miller

STAFF ACCOUNTANT / AR SPECIALIST

About:
As Staff Accountant & Accounts Receivable Specialist, Maureen processes the billing and collections for all of OMNI, as well as Project Administration for our Building Services Division. With over 30 years of professional accounting experience, Omni counts on Maureen to keep our day-to-day processes running smoothly and efficiently.

When she’s outside of the office, Maureen manages and pitches in two softball leagues and has been involved in cardio kickboxing for over 20 years.

Matt Nunes

As OMNI Technology’s Service Manager, Matt’s goal is to bring a dynamic, streamlined and personal service experience to each of our clients, as well as ensuring our technicians are prepared with everything they need to efficiently complete current and future projects.

Matt graduated from Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School and is currently studying to get his Massachusetts D License (Systems Technician). Outside of his career, he enjoys watching football & movies, and spending time with his girlfriend and family.

Chris Pratt

About:
As Founder and CEO of OMNI, Chris focuses on strategic direction, corporate development, service delivery, safety, and the overall growth of the company.

Since founding OMNI, Chris has led the acquisitions of Security Concepts, Rhode Island Alarms, Mainstream Communication Systems, and Alarm Computer Technology. Prior to OMNI, Chris was an executive at Suburban Resources, a regional leader in comprehensive facilities services. His background includes electronic security, technology integration, commercial construction, and facilities management.

Chris is a US Army combat veteran and served as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He holds a BS from Bryant University and an MBA from Babson College. When not at work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Ben Smith

SERVICE & INSTALLATION COORDINATOR

About:
Ben is OMNI Technology’s Service & Installation Coordinator. His primary responsibilities include creating & scheduling service and installation work orders, procurement of materials, and administration of our fire alarm inspection process.

Ben’s consistent work ethic and willingness to help outside of his normal duties have proven his dedication to the team and allowed for his rapid advancement within the company.

Outside of Omni, Ben can be found playing his guitar or working on his project car.

Ryan is one of OMNI Technology Services’ Business Development Representatives and commits his time to working with new clients to help them find the best security & technology solutions for their businesses.

His tenure in the security industry spans over 20 years and he has experience with some of the biggest companies in the country. Ryan really understands what clients need and has been a big part of our company’s success, helping us turn problems into chances for growth. 

Clint Wynne

About:
As President of OMNI Technology Services, Clint is focused on business development, new growth platforms, and management of strategic relationships. Clint founded OMNI Technology Services, Inc. in 1989 and grew the company until its acquisition by OMNI Resource Management in 2018. Clint holds many certifications and is actively involved in ASIS International.

Educated at Northeastern University in Criminal Justice, with continuing education at Johnson & Wales University School of Business, and the RI School of Design, Clint continues to study the latest in security systems and trends. Clint enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.
