Alarm Computer Technology
Acquisition broadens OMNI’s growth in electronic security
Braintree, MA. OMNI Resource Management, a regional leader in diversified facilities services, has acquired Massachusetts-based, Alarm Computer Technology (ACT), a full-service security systems contractor.
Founded in 1983 by Helder Lemos, ACT specializes in state-of-the-art video surveillance, burglar and fire alarm, and automation systems.
“ACT’s geographical service area, large commercial client base, and long-standing commitment to quality service aligns very well with our business model. We look forward to a seamless integration and the opportunity to support the valued ACT clients,” said Chris Pratt, CEO of OMNI.
The acquisition of ACT is a strategic part of OMNI’s expansion and growth in the electronic security industry and comes on the heels of OMNI’s recent acquisition of Mainstream Communication Systems.
ACT will merge operations with OMNI Technology Services, the electronic security division of OMNI.

This acquisition will grow OMNI’s market share in the security industry, which will provide enhanced services and capabilities for its clients throughout the East Coast.
